Before you book, it is normal to want to know exactly where to hand over the car, what happens when you come back and what the service includes.
These answers cover how the service generally works. The details of each booking are always confirmed in your booking and by WhatsApp.
On the day
If there is traffic, a delay or a flight change, let the team know on WhatsApp so the handover can be adjusted.
When you return
Contact us once you have landed. The car is brought back to the agreed meeting point.
Frequently asked questions
Where do I hand over the car at Malaga Airport?
At Parking Express, columns 09–10, the standard handover point. The timing and any change are confirmed by WhatsApp before you arrive.
Is there a shuttle bus?
No. You hand over the car at Parking Express at the airport and walk to departures.
What if my flight is delayed?
The return is planned around the flight number you gave when booking. If it changes, message us on WhatsApp and we will rearrange the return.
Can I park for several months?
Yes. Short stays run from 1 to 60 days, and there are long-stay plans of 3, 6 and 12 months, plus an annual plan.
Is my car insured?
The service is insured. The insurance details are set out in your booking and in the service terms.
Can I pay in cash?
Cash is accepted when the booking form offers it for your booking; otherwise you pay online by card. Your booking confirmation shows which payment option applies.
Is 1Park2Fly the official airport parking?
No. 1Park2Fly is an independent private valet parking provider for travellers using Malaga Airport and Malaga María Zambrano station. It is not part of the airport's own parking service.
